The first payment of a subscription is completely non-refundable, however, if you have a recurring subscription of more than 4 months, then you can claim one monthly payment back if you choose to cancel. For example, if you have been paying £2.25/month for our unlimited tier for more than 4 months and you cancel, you can choose to claim one monthly payment (£2.25) back. We will not refund by default, you must contact us to claim it. You can only claim a refund up to 8 days after cancellation.
